CES — Creative Electronic Systems, was founded in Geneva, Switzerland in 1981. The initial focus of the company was to supply Single Board Computers to CERN, a nearby customer, for high-energy physics instrumentation. CES' expertise with constraining embedded environments led to working in Telecom and subsequently in the Aerospace and Defense and Rugged Industrial spaces.
