Look for the BAA-ARRA COMPLIANT or Recovery.gov logos to identify products that qualify for the Buy American provisions of Section 1605 of the American Reconstruction and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), the Trade Agreement Act of 1979 (TAA), the Buy American Act of 1933 (BAA) and Federal Acquisition Regulations Sub-Part 25.1(FAR). For companies whose products include defense articles or sensitive technologies required to be registered with Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), Foster Transformer Company has obtained an ITAR registration helping to insure its customers meet all regulatory obligations.
