Utilizing RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) technology, PURforms processes a wide variety of urethane chemistries including:

• elastomers including visco-elastic gels
• flexible foams including visco-elastic foams
• rigid foams
• integral skin foams

Founded in 1995, PURforms operates in a newly renovated 66,000 SF facility in Lowell, MI. We serve a diverse customer base, shipping products to customers in California in the west, Florida in the south, and Virginia to the East and internationally to Canada and Mexico. We provide a broad range of services including:

• materials development
• part and mold design using CAD technologies
• prototyping
• In-house mold development (steel, CNC machined and cast aluminum, cast beryllium nickel, epoxy RTV silicone rubber.
  short run production
