Having pioneered the development of Non-Asbestos friction material, we have created hundreds of base compounds, variations of which are available as solutions to your specific applications problems.
Gatke Phenolic Bearings and laminates are available in a variety of grades with differing strength and frictional characteristics suitable for light to very demanding duty applications. Additional flexible roll products of both the woven and calendared type make Scan-Pac Manufacturing, Inc. the full-range source for your friction, bearing and wear applications.
Scan-Pac has three manufacturing facilities in the United States, consisting of two in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin and one in Magnolia, Texas. These three facilities combine for more than 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space. In Menomonee Falls, the company produces rigid molded, flexible molded friction linings, and Gatke Phenolic flat profile parts. The Magnolia facility specializes in the production of woven friction material and Gatke Phenolic bushings, bearings, and tube products.
