RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) also know as “lead free” refers to the new standard that regulates certain hazardous substances. Semi-Kinetics can meet all of your RoHS needs by manufacturing with their Lead Free process.

QUALITY CONTROL

Semi-Kinetics is committed to quality, continuous improvement and total customer satisfaction. Building successful business partnerships with their customers is their goal. Semi-Kinetics is an ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003 certified facility. Their inspectors are trained to inspect to IPC-A-610, Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies, and other additional IPC standards. They perform incoming inspections, first article inspections, as well as in-process and final inspections. In addition, SPC data is gathered and compiled by the quality department at each operational level. This information is used to fine-tune their internal process for an even greater quality control.
