Sensorwerks is a specialty company that offers a line of pressure transducers and load cells, along with outsource assistance, to help design and build sensors machined out of stainless steel with bonded strain gages. Our transducers are temperature compensated and calibrated with an accompanying calibration certificate.
Sensorwerks supplies transducer services to design and build special strain gauge element assemblies and custom strain gage load cells to replace key components of machinery to measure torque, force, or pressure. Sensorwerks also designs and makes attachments for load cells and pressure transducers to adapt a standard transducer to your application.
Sensorwerks' talented technicians can accurately place strain gauges, bond strain gages and wire strain gages by microscopically soldering the strain gages into your sensing element so that you can measure forces in your equipment or process.
Sensorwerks, founded in 2004, was created to help an OEM customer keep up with burgeoning need for strain gage bonding and wiring, but we are multi-talented. Sensorwerks can also provide practically any service needed pertaining to strain gauge sensors. We can evaluate your transducer and repair it if possible.
Sensorwerks can design and build special strain gage sensors, machine strain gage sensor elements, bond strain gages, wire and solder microscopic parts. Sensorwerks also provides recalibration services.
The high-accuracy pressure transducers are offered with an accuracy of +/- 0.1% FS. These transducers are machined out of stainless steel, with all-welded construction for use in both liquid or gas media. The miniature flush diaphragm all-welded stainless steel pressure transducers are available in ranges up to 10,000 psi.
Load cells are offered in ranges from 5 lbs. up to 10,000 lbs. with all welded stainless steel construction and calibrated for both tension and calibration.
Strain gage bonding service is available, as well as special machining and design services for measuring force, torque or pressure.
Transducer calibration and repair service is available to keep your pressure transducers and load cells in top operating order.
