Our sporting goods sales manager is an avid hunter and takes his Streamlight flashlight on his many hunting trips. Our success is directly related to our ability to satisfy customers. So we take customer service very seriously. Our inside sales department includes specialists in each of the markets we serve. They go through extensive training on all our products, even working on the assembly line and in the repair shop. They know Streamlight products inside/out. They understand the challenges you face and they know how to help you find the best lights and get the most from your purchases. We’ll work with you and do whatever it takes to help you.

Streamlight warrants our products to be free of defects, including LED, for a lifetime of use. We will repair, replace or refund the purchase price, at our option, any Streamlight product that does not work as a result of a manufacturing defect for as long as you own it. This limited lifetime warranty excludes abuse, non-rechargeable batteries, bulbs, chargers, switches, electronics and normal wear and tear. Rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches and electronics have a two (2) year warranty with proof of purchase.

In any country or under any jurisdiction where specific restrictions exist on limited lifetime warranties, Streamlight offers a 10-year limited warranty. Rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches and electronics have a two (2) year warranty with proof of purchase.
