Smith Rail® - Guide Rail

Precision Manufactured SMITH-RAILS® drastically reduce system design time and sourcing cost of guidance systems for material handling equipment supported by heavy-duty SMITH-TRAX® track rollers. Smith-Rails are fabricated from AISI 1045, 1060 or equivalent 180,000 PSI tensile strength steel in four profiles to maximum lengths of 12ft. Other specialty materials, i.e. Stainless Steel, available upon request. Rail-Bearing contact surfaces are hardened to 60-65 Rc. to match SMTIH-TRAX® V-Groove, plain Hardened rails are straight and twist free. ABC will cut standard 12 feet lengths to your specification, also drill, counter bore and tap mounting holes if desired.
