The ALD1107 MOSFET is a high-precision P-channel MOSFET transistor array by Advanced Linear Devices. Its low threshold voltage of -0.7V, low input capacitance, and typical offset voltage of only 2mV make it ideal for analog switching and amplifying applications in -2V to -10V systems. The transistor pairs are matched to offer low input bias current, fast switching speed, and almost infinite current gain in low-frequency environments.

The chip is useful for precision current mirrors, sources, voltage choppers, differential amplifier input stages, and other analog circuits. Additionally, it is RoHS compliant and has high input impedance, negative current temperature coefficient, enhancement mode, DC gain of 10⁹, and low input/output leakage currents.
