ATS-SS-16 Table Sealer
The model ATS-SS-16 Table Sealer is designed for a wide range of bag sealing applications including: Candy, Paper Goods, Textiles, Bakery, Toys, Crafts, Garden, Pet Supplies, Decorative, Automotive, Electronics, Jewelry, Mailroom, Parts Kits and many more!

Features:

• Smokeless and Odorless bead trim seal on model ATS-SS-16.
• Size bags: 2"-16" wide. Wider width models are available.
• Materials: Polyethylene, LDPE, HDPE and others.
• Adjustable Seal Dwell Timer for sealing various materials.
• Preheat design -no warm up time required.
• Includes adjustable front feeder tray to lay product on.
• Scrap trim blow off & Scrap Net included.
• Foot Pedal start switch included.
• Heavy gauge construction: Welded and painted steel (Optional Stainless Steel models are available upon request).
• ATS models require compressed air, 80-90 PSI.
• Electrical: 110 V, 4 amps, 1 phase, 60 cycles (220 V available).

All Packaging Machinery Corporation was established in 1945, known then as Errich International Machinery.  In 1982 Errich became All Packaging Machinery Corporation and moved to its present headquarters in Ronkonkoma, New York.  APM has been serving the Packaging Industry for over 70 years.  APM prides itself in the fact that its machines are designed for durability, flexibility and simplicity of operation.  These factors have contributed to the sales in excess of 50,000 machines throughout the Packaging Industry to date.
 
Currently APM manufactures a full line of bag loading, heat sealing and band sealing machines.  Band Sealer models include validatable models for use in sealing Medical Pouches.  USDA approved baggers and sealers are also available.  APM also manufactures vertical form/fill/seal machines using centerfolded film.
 
Practically any item that can be put in a plastic bag can utilize a bagger or sealer.  Applications include the packaging of Food items, Garments, Plastic Parts, Stationery, Bakery, Toys, Pet Products, Decorative, Mailroom, Automotive, Medical Devices, Candy, etc.
 
APM maintains a complete in-house Engineering Staff and an in-house Service Department to advise mechanics regarding maintenance of machinery or repairs.  Replacement parts are in stock and can be shipped within the same day for overnight delivery.
