VERTICAL CONVEYORIZED BAND SEALING SYSTEM VCBSDM-3/8- 6” x 5’
USDA-approved vertical band sealer with synchronized conveyor for continuous sealing of various materials. Features adjustable stainless steel guides, variable speeds up to 45 fpm, and consistent hermetic seals using Teflon bands. Digital PID temperature control ensures reliable performance up to 450°F. Includes 5 ft heating and cooling zones, durable plated components, and operates on 110V with no compressed air required. Optional conveyors, casters, coding systems, and custom configurations available.

All Packaging Machinery Corporation was established in 1945, known then as Errich International Machinery.  In 1982 Errich became All Packaging Machinery Corporation and moved to its present headquarters in Ronkonkoma, New York.  APM has been serving the Packaging Industry for over 70 years.  APM prides itself in the fact that its machines are designed for durability, flexibility and simplicity of operation.  These factors have contributed to the sales in excess of 50,000 machines throughout the Packaging Industry to date.
 
Currently APM manufactures a full line of bag loading, heat sealing and band sealing machines.  Band Sealer models include validatable models for use in sealing Medical Pouches.  USDA approved baggers and sealers are also available.

APM maintains a complete in-house Engineering Staff and an in-house Service Department to advise mechanics regarding maintenance of machinery or repairs.  Replacement parts are in stock and can be shipped within the same day for overnight delivery.
