We consider product design and development support crucial because the earlier Douglas is involved in the process, the more feedthrough options are available. It also ensures we provide reliable, high-quality results that can last in the field for decades. Services include technical services, legacy support, prototype development, validation and testing, and more. We do not charge any NRE fees for these services.

Material and production services focus on simplifying the supply chain and ensuring parts arrive when you need them. On top of standard testing, we provide a wide range of services including expanded harness assemblies, bake-outs, 3^rd party qualification, stocking agreements, low/high volume runs, and more.

Our services don’t stop when you receive your product. We provide post-delivery support that includes training, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and end-of-life services.
