ECS Inc.'s ECX-16 series of tuning forks come in a 1.6 mm x 1.0 mm x 0.5 mm 2-pad ceramic package. This electronic component offers standard load capacitance options of 5pF, 6pF, 7pF, 9pF and 12.5pF all over the industrial operating temperature of -40ºC to +85ºC. The ECX-16 offers an ESR of 90k Ω and a standard frequency tolerance of ±20 ppm at 25ºC with a tight ±7 ppm option available. The ECX-16 tuning forks are suitable for mobile devices, wearable and consumer applications. Furthermore, because of the low ESR, they are recommended by STMicroelectronics for the STM32 Microcontrollers via the AN2867.
