C100S Rotary Wire Stripper

The Model C100S single blade centrifugal rotary wire stripper and twister will strip most insulations from solid and stranded wires, Teflon, P.T.F.E., PVC, nylon, KEL-F, and many more. Strip length and blade depth adjustments must be made while the machine is running. The C100S can be used to remove insulation slugs and twist together strands of stranded conductors.

Fiberglass & Wire Wheel Strippers
Fiberglass wheels will strip many film type insulations. The conical wheels rotate at high speed to generate frictional heat which softens the insulation on the wire. The “nap” of the brush wipes this insulation away.
