G10S Wire Twister

Eraser's Model G10S Bench Wire Twister is used for many diverse twisting needs. The G10S can twist pre-stripped stranded wires, twist strands of two or more wires together, twist wrapped shields on coaxial cables and tighten the twist of already twisted wire.

• The G10S is supplied with one set of three twist length spacers to vary the twist length, depending on application needs.
• Twisting inserts can be ordered depending on wire size to be twisted.

WT40 Wire Twister 
Eraser’s Model WT40 Automatic Bench Wire Twister is used for twisting two or more wires at lengths up to 20 feet. The unit can twist together several small plain or terminated wires and is programmable to a desired number of twists per inch. The maximum material bundle should not exceed an equivalent of three 14 AWG (1.63mmø) insulated wires and twisting speeds are variable from 0 to 26 turns per second. The WT40 utilizes a custom holding/clamping device made to specifications individual to each application. Custom clamp is a required part and will require samples to determine proper clamp for application.
 
DCFT Portable Wire Twister 
Portable wire twister model DCFT is used for neatly twisting together the ends of pre-stripped stranded wires.
 
G10S Wire Twister 
Eraser’s Model G10S Bench Wire Twister can be used for various twisting needs. The G10S can twist the ends of pre-stripped stranded wires, or tighten the twist on already twisted wire.  It can also twist together the ends of two or more solid conductor wires, and twist unwrapped shields on coaxial cable. A reversible motor allows this unit to twist in either direction. The G10S is supplied with a set of three twist length spacers to vary the twist length, depending on the application need. Twisting inserts are required for use and are sold separately, and can be selected based on the wire size.
 
DCFH Portable Wire Twister 
The DCFH is a versatile wire twister for producing twisted pairs by twisting a looped wire. The speed is variable using the control on the power unit.
 
WT200 Wire Twister 
The WT200 Automatic bench wire twister can twist two or more wires up to 20 feet in length.  This durable twister is made for high production to achieve a repeatable number of twists per inch on a bundle of wire up to the equivalent of two 16awg insulated wires.  The WT200 has a reversible motor which enables it to twist or untwist in either direction with a variable speed control that can be adjusted to perform from 0 to 26 turns per second. The WT200 is supplied with three sizes (1/8“, 3/16”, 1/4”) of wire entry guides and flexible tubes for wire clamping. The tubing ensures that no metal contacts either stripped conductors or insulation, thereby reducing marking or deformation.
 
WT300 Wire Twister 
The WT300 Automatic bench wire twister can twist two or more wires up to 20 feet in length.  This durable twister is made for high production to achieve a repeatable number of twists per inch on a bundle of wire up to the equivalent of two 16awg bare (uninsulated) wires.  The WT300 has a reversible motor which enables it to twist or untwist in either direction with a variable speed control that can be adjusted to perform from 0 to 26 turns per second.  The WT300 is supplied with one wire entry guide and a set of steel clamp jaws which enable it to firmly grip magnet wire, very fine, and slippery wires.
