FCL Components engineers work diligently on our entire lineup of FCL Components’ 24V printed circuit board (PCB) relays, making small changes and innovations to meet our customers’ evolving needs—and take advantage of the latest tech advancements.

Our FTR-P3-24V and FBR59-WG PCB relays are perfect examples of this work.

The FTR-P3-24V is commonly used in Passive Entry, Passive Start systems, which enable car drivers and passengers to access and start the vehicle without removing the key from their bag or pocket.

The FTR-P3-24V type is 6A, but it is smaller and lighter than previous FCL Components’ 24V types (FBR57, etc.). It is also reflowable, and its coil power consumption is low.

This 1 to 2-piece relay offers a contact gap of 0.6mm and a 1FormC contact arrangement.

The FBR59-WG type features roughly the same volume as previous FCL Components’ 24V types, such as the FBR57 relay series, but offers a higher current value and comes with a wide contact gap (8mm). This relay can also be reflowed, and the coil power consumption is also low.
