HBK has signed an agreement to acquire Sentech, a Pennsylvania and North Carolina-based leader in precision position and speed-sensing technologies.

With over 35 years of engineering expertise, Sentech designs standard and custom-engineered sensors utilized in mission-critical applications across high-growth sectors, including aerospace, defense, space, power generation, and advanced industrial markets. This highly strategic acquisition is the first under HBK’s new ownership model.

By welcoming Sentech's 86-member team and integrating their premium Linear Variable Displacement Transformers (LVDT) and Rotary Variable Differential Transformers (RVDT), HBK significantly expands its embedded sensor portfolio. This addition acts as a perfect technological complement to the existing Dytran by HBK and Microstrain by HBK product lines, delivering a more comprehensive, market-leading offering to empower innovators globally.
