The MSW2-1001ELGA is a Single Pole Double Throw switch manufactured using a silicon-on-insulator process. It enables operation from 100 MHz to 40 GHz and exhibits excellent RF performance by simultaneously providing wide bandwidth, low insertion loss, fast switching, high isolation, high IIP3 and hot switching capabilities. The switch is available in a compact 2.25 x 2.25 mm LGA package.
