When properly calibrated against known standards, Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), provide the most accurate means of determining the one- and two-port network characteristics of RF and microwave devices. Calibration effectiveness (a VNA's ability to reduce error terms to negligible values) critically and ultimately depends on the quality and integrity of the calibration standards used.
For maximum calibration effectiveness, Maury produces a comprehensive line of coaxial and waveguide VNA calibration kits for a broad range of VNA models. These kits contain the metrology-grade highly accurate, stable, and precise calibration standards needed to perform one-port SOL and SSL calibration, or two-port SOLT, SSLT, or TRL calibration. When properly used, these kits ensure a true evaluation of VNA performance.
Maury offers over 2,100 kit configurations in coaxial connector types (including 1.85mm, 2.4mm, 3.5mm, 7mm, Type N, TNC, AFTNC, TNCA, BNC, OSP™, 14mm, and 7-16) and rectangular waveguide in EIA flange sizes (from WR430 to WR10). Other less common connector types (including BZ, ZMA, C, HN, SC, Multiport, etc.) and other rectangular waveguide sizes are also offered, as are custom and OEM kits.
