Chemi-Con has developed a new camera module with a color image sensor to meet growing demand for high-accuracy image analysis and high-speed inspection in manufacturing environments. The module features distortion-free imaging using a global shutter, high-speed output up to 100 fps, low power consumption, and MIPI-CSI connectivity for easy integration with platforms such as Raspberry Pi.

To support evaluation and development, a USB communication board enables PC-based image output at over 90 fps, closely matching the sensor’s native performance. This allows use across all development stages, from PoC to mass production, and supports a wide range of inspection and color-based analysis applications.
