Thin section bearings have small width cross sections with respect to their diameters. They are designed to save space, decrease weight and reduce friction. Thin and extra thin bearings are available in inch, metric, chrome and stainless steel. Thin section bearings are available as full complement or with cages designed for high speed applications.
