Process:

3D input-> mold R&D-> wax injetion(need constant temperature workshop)-> wax tree making-> mould shell making by 6-7layer sand -> harden shell->lost wax-> mould shell baking->pour the melted steel-> cut from the tree-> grind the gating-> normalizing-> sand blast.

Inspection:

Spectrometer, CMM, Hardness test, tensile test, impact test,  gauge inspect,
