this is the brake paddles, used for agriculture tractor parts, farm equipment,  we can develop according to our customers’ drawings and reference samples.

process:

we will assist customer to R&D the parts, Establish reasonable processes for reduce the cost, our process can be:stamping,laser cutting, pipe laser cutting, cnc bending, CO2 welding,TIG welding, laser beam welding,,cold and hot forming,hot forging, cnc precision machining for these assembling parts, we can source the component such as the spring, bearing, rubber, fastener,plastic parts for customer and assemble them under the customer specification.

we will inspect the parts by the speical gauge from the customer or developped by ourselves, in order to meet the assemble request.

The materials can be carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc.

surfac treatment: zinc plating, nickel plating, hot dip galvanizing,powder coating, e-coated

heat treatment: hardening and tempering, carburizing and quenching,carbonitriding, high-frequency quenching.
