Service Detail from Running Industry Co., Ltd
The manufacturing of precision sheet metal supply is mainly divided into
1. Cutting: This is the first process, aimed at cutting large sheets into the required blanks.
Laser cutting: currently the most mainstream method, with an accuracy controlled within ± 0.1mm, a smooth cut, and suitable for complex shapes.
CNC punch press: suitable for mass production of simple hole positions or lines, with high efficiency but less flexibility than laser.
2. Bending molding: Transforming flat sheets into three-dimensional structures, such as L-shaped, U-shaped, or box shaped.
Accurate angle control is required, and the error is usually required to be ≤ 1 °, otherwise subsequent assembly will not match.
The CNC bending machine is the core equipment that can control the dimensional tolerance within a high-precision range of ± 0.10mm.
3. Stamping details: Use molds to create details such as hole positions, protrusions, and buckles on the sheet metal.
Suitable for mass production, it can ensure that the hole spacing error is within 0.05mm, ensuring accurate installation of components.
4. Welding and splicing: When the product is too large or the structure is complex, multiple sheet metal parts need to be welded together.
Commonly used argon arc welding and laser welding require smooth and seamless welds, especially in waterproof and anti-corrosion scenarios where sealing is crucial.
High power laser welding is used in high-end scenarios such as automotive transmission components to reduce deformation and ensure strength.
5. Surface treatment: Apply a layer of "protective clothing" to the product to prevent rust and enhance its appearance.
The methods include spraying, electroplating, anodizing, etc., depending on the usage environment. For example, outdoor products require weather resistant paint, and medical scenarios require special treatment.
6. Grinding and assembly: Finally, trim the burrs and welds, and assemble the sheet metal parts with other components into finished products.
Polishing can ensure a smooth surface without hurting hands, while assembly is the final step in achieving product functionality
We can process various types of cold plates such as SPCC, Q195, St2, hot plates such as Q235, Q345, stainless steel plates, 304, 316, aluminum plates, 6061,5052, etc,
And according to the needs, provide assembly services for electrical components such as motors, networks, etc.
At present, our products serve servers, new energy charging stations, energy storage cabinets, municipal facilities, engineering machinery, power cabinets, ATMs, and more
