Copper Tube-Fin Liquid-to-Air Heat Exchanger
Featured Product from USUSTK LIMITED
USUSTK introduces a custom copper tube-fin liquid-to-air heat exchanger designed to transfer heat from a circulating liquid loop to forced airflow. Copper tubes carry the cooling liquid through the core, while densely arranged copper fins increase the air-side heat-transfer area for compact equipment cooling.
The heat exchanger is manufactured through copper-tube preparation, fin insertion, and mechanical tube expansion. The expansion process creates close contact between the copper tubes and fins. Required tube, bend, and inlet/outlet connections are completed by flame welding, followed by grinding, polishing, assembly, and inspection.
Core dimensions, tube routing, fin density, inlet and outlet direction, fittings, and mounting features can be customized according to the equipment structure. The product can be integrated with fan-assisted or ducted airflow and engineered around the required heat load, coolant, liquid flow, airflow, allowable pressure drop, installation space, and connection requirements.
Potential applications include data-center components, fans and electronic cooling systems, industrial process cooling equipment, semiconductor and electronics manufacturing equipment, industrial computers, edge-computing systems, power electronics, laser equipment, optoelectronics, and photonics systems.
For engineering evaluation, please provide the required heat dissipation, coolant type and inlet temperature, ambient temperature, liquid flow rate, airflow, allowable pressure drop, installation envelope, port requirements, drawings, and estimated annual volume.
