Plascoat PPA 571 ES is a high-performance thermoplastic powder coating based on acid-modified polyolefins. It delivers long-lasting, tough exterior protection for mild steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum without needing a primer.

Halogen-free and low in smoke/toxicity, it resists stress cracking, harsh weather, salt spray, detergents, and typical pollutants while offering excellent impact and abrasion resistance. Ideal for fencing, fan guards, and similar outdoor metalwork, it applies easily via electrostatic spray and cures to a smooth, glossy finish at 7–12 mils thickness.
