IHS GlobalSpec Oil & Gas Technology Online Event Now Available On Demand
East Greenbush, NY (May 31, 2013) – The May 22 Oil & Gas Technology online event hosted by IHS GlobalSpec drew more than 1,100 participants, with 87 percent of attendees reporting they are decision makers within their organizations. The free online event is now available on demand to give engineers and industrial professionals easy access to educational presentations and industry-leading supplier resources from the live-day event.
IHS GlobalSpec’s Oil & Gas Technology online event provided opportunities to learn about the latest technologies and solutions from leading suppliers to the oil and gas industry. Attendees also interacted with exhibitors and peers while participating in educational sessions about innovations and trends across key technology areas from drilling and exploration, to refining, production, and distribution. By attending this event, participants had the chance to better understand what's driving change in today's energy industry, and at the same time, discover solutions that will help reduce costs, improve customer service, and increase profitability.
Industrial professionals took advantage of these learning and networking opportunities from the convenience of their desktops, without having to budget for travel expenses or lose time away from the office.
“As with all of our online events, participants in the recent Oil & Gas Technology event discovered the latest trends, technologies and innovations impacting their industry,” said Donna Lewis, director of e-publishing and e-events for IHS GlobalSpec. “For exhibiting manufacturers and suppliers, this was a valuable opportunity to showcase their products and technologies as well as offer white papers, technical articles, product demonstrations and more to an engaged and influential audience.”
