Brad Patt, President, JBC Technologies

Mr. Patt has an extensive background in process improvement within operations that includes four years at the Eaton Corporation in supply chain management and cost out management, nine years at Northrop Grumman in production management and Lean/Six Sigma implementations, as well as multiple consulting engagements at Fortune 500 companies. He served as the director of operations at JBC Technologies for two years before being promoted to president.

In his tenure, he has conducted over 250 VA/VE's and overseen hundreds of product and process improvement initiatives.

In his spare time he enjoys skiing, rock climbing, hiking, and spending time with family.
