Join us for session 1 in our Globalspec Interview Series where Drew Baryenbruch, president of Real Time Automation, helps us understand how small and medium-sized manufacturers can begin to integrate and understand digital networks and sensing technologies. In addition, how AI and automation will begin to make its presence felt among smaller organizations. And, how worried should manufacturers be about paradigm shifts and big data?
Overview
We’re joined on the first episode by Drew Baryenbruch, president of Real Time Automation. Real Time Automation is a Wisconsin-based supplier of digital networking technologies, who specialize creating connectivity solutions for industrial and building automation.
Drew joins us to discuss some of the challenges unique to small and medium-sized manufacturers in the Industry 4.0 environment. He also offers advice for how these manufacturers can prioritize investments in new equipment or technologies. Among those are AI, which can help analyze data today, but will likely have even more practical applications in the near future.
Drew also shares his outlook on which technologies will be most impressive, as well as what Real Time Automation is doing to support customers – and itself – in terms of helping manufacturers be more efficient with what resources they have on hand.
