Using traditional machining, the product development and production process is expensive and time-consuming. 3D printing can save time and reduce costs, but FFF printing has limitations in terms of material flexibility and complex geometries. In these cases, resin 3D printing offers the perfect combination of precision, speed, and material variety. In this webinar, we explore how the Raise3D DF2 Solution enabled leading fastener manufacturer HellermannTyton to turn around functional resin prototypes in just 1-2 days. Learn how the DF2 solves the typical challenges of resin production and delve into new innovations in resin material science with Henkel, one of Raise3D’s co-branded resin collaborators.
Overview
Using traditional machining, the product development and production process is expensive and time-consuming. 3D printing can save time and reduce costs, but FFF printing has limitations in terms of material flexibility and complex geometries. In these cases, resin 3D printing offers the perfect combination of precision, speed, and material variety for rapid functional prototyping.
In this webinar, we explore how the Raise3D DF2 resin DLP printing solution enabled leading fastener manufacturer HellermannTyton to turn around functional resin prototypes in just 1-2 days. Learn how the DF2 solves the typical challenges of resin production, find out how resin 3D printing can transform your own development cycle, and delve into Raise3D’s latest innovations in resin materials with collaborator Henkel.
This webinar includes a conversation with Edmund Thomas at Henkel to discuss the development of Raise3D and Henkel LOCTITE co-branded resins, and dives into a firsthand case study with Ethan Fish, product designer at HellermanTyton. The presentation will be followed up with a Q&A session with our experts.
