Scott Miller, Director of Product Management, Cinch

Scott Miller oversees a team of Product Managers who are responsible for managing most aspects of the products, including product and technology road maps, new product introductions, act as the business office of the product, create and drive the execution of strategies specific to the products life cycle to grow both top line and bottom line sales, and ensure that all functional groups within the organization are supporting each product line’s objectives.

He has been in the interconnect market for nearly 30 years. During that time, Miller worked for a few connector manufacturers, and a great majority of that time has been spent in product management supporting high reliability products made for harsh environments including aerospace and defense. He received his undergraduate degrees in psychology and biology from the University of California, Irvine, and after realizing that the medical industry may not be the best fit, Miller achieved a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. He has always thoroughly enjoyed working in product management because it is a role that is so intertwined throughout all aspects of the business. Working for Cinch continues to allow Miller to retain his passion of being part of designing and producing high reliability interconnect products for so many dynamic and critical markets, all the while being part of a team of so many great people internally within Cinch and Bel, as well as the customers and distributors.
