This webinar will show how proven EPO-TEK® solutions built on the legacy of 353ND—along with advancements like 353NDP and the PROPEL™ platform—address these reliability challenges through optimized material performance and process compatibility. Attendees will gain insights into selecting and implementing high-reliability adhesive solutions to improve product durability, reduce failure risks, and support scalable manufacturing.
Overview
As systems in telecom, AI datacom, aerospace, and defense continue to evolve, engineers are under increasing pressure to ensure long-term reliability in environments defined by high humidity, elevated temperatures, and mechanical stress. Traditional materials may struggle to meet these demands, especially under conditions such as 85°C/85%RH, where failure risks can significantly impact performance, yield, and product lifetime.
Built on the proven legacy of EPO-TEK® 353ND, this webinar explores how next-generation solutions—including 353NDP and the PROPEL™ platform—are engineered to address these challenges. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how advanced adhesive technologies improve environmental resistance, enhance process flexibility, and support the reliability requirements of next-generation designs.
Through this session, R&D, design, process, and production engineers will learn how to select and implement adhesive solutions that not only meet stringent reliability standards but also enable scalable and efficient manufacturing, helping to reduce risk and accelerate product development in demanding applications.
