Overview

Manufacturers are accelerating investments in artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies to address increasing complexity, workforce challenges and operational volatility. Yet a critical gap remains: while insights are more accessible than ever, translating them into consistent, real-time execution on the shop floor is still a major challenge.

This webinar introduces a practical framework to bridge this gap, moving from data to decision to action. You will learn how Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) provides the operational backbone to orchestrate execution, while AI enhances it with predictive insights and decision support. Beyond analytics, we will explore how Augmented Reality enables these insights to be applied directly in context, guiding operators and reducing variability.

Finally, we will show how DELMIA brings this approach to life. Through AI-powered analytics, companion-style interactions with manufacturing data and augmented execution on the shop floor, DELMIA enables manufacturers to move from isolated digital initiatives to scalable, adaptive execution, improving quality, throughput and workforce performance in real-world conditions.

Key Takeaways

  • Understand why many AI initiatives fail to deliver impact at the execution level
  • Learn how MOM provides the foundation to scale AI across manufacturing operations
  • Discover how AI-driven analytics and companion experiences support real-time decision-making
  • See how Augmented Reality transforms insights into guided, consistent shop floor actions
  • Explore how DELMIA integrates these capabilities into a unified, scalable execution framework
