Overview

Slowly but surely, automobiles have become another personalized electronic device, reliant on electricity and digital networking. The unprecedented amounts of data flowing through automobiles today will rise exponentially as vehicle-to-everything (V2X) comes to reality.

Vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communications will streamline traffic and optimize safety. Vehicles will communicate in real-time about speeds, traffic pattern, road hazards, weather and every facet of movement. It should all but eliminate car collisions and fender benders alike.

Vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) will permit vehicles to communicate with traffic signals, road signs, parking meters, crosswalks - even bridges and tunnels - to optimize traffic patterns and routes based on road conditions.

Not only are people getting to their destinations faster, they are doing so with the utmost efficiency and safety. This is what V2X promises.

Join our industrial roundtable as we explore the exciting possibilities of V2X.
