	Thin Gauge Thermoforming		Thin gauge thermoformers work with thinner materials (.005 - .030 inches). This type of forming is usually used for packaging.
	Heavy Gauge Thermoforming		Heavy gauge or thick gauge thermoformers usually work with material thicknesses of .06" or thicker.

	Vacuum Forming		A sheet is clamped in a frame and heated until it sags. It is then vacuum-formed against the mold.
	Pressure Forming		Pressure forming is when a pneumatic pressure is applied to the top side of the part as vacuum is applied to the mold side. This process is useful for when fine detail in surface texture or undercuts are needed.
	Twin Sheet Forming		Two sheets are heated and then brought together to form one hollow part.
	Billow Forming		Billow forming is when a pressure is applied to the cavity of the mold, forcing the heated material to balloon prior to pulling a vacuum and drawing the material to the surface of the mold. This process allows for a more uniform material thickness.
	Plug Assist		A plug is used to press down on the clamped material to help with even distribution of material when the draw is deep.

	Tool / Mold Making		Suppliers have in-house expertise and a tool shop to create molding / tooling necessary for production.
	Mold-on Graphics		Supplier can mold-in or mold-on graphics, such as company logos, warning labels, and instructions. Mold-in graphics is a method of incorporating a decal into a molded part. The decal is applied to the mold surface and becomes integral to the molded component. Mold-on graphics can be applied after the part is molded.
	Hot Stamping Services		Supplier can perform hot stamping for molded parts.
	Just-In-Time Capability		Supplier has just-in-time manufacturing capability of parts in order to reduce need for inventory maintenance.
	Machining		Machining is the removal of material through milling, turning, drilling, and other processes.
