Dual-Core ARM Cortex A9, up to 480KLE FPGA, DDR4 SOM for Industrial Embedded Applications
Everything You Ever Wanted to Know about the IoT? Just ask Gene Frantz.
Critical Link pretty much cut its product development teeth on DSPs. Although we have branched out since then, we still do plenty of work with DSPs. And we still remain grateful to (and admiring of) Gene Frantz who, while at TI, pretty much invented Digital Signal Processing. Gene retired a while back,...
Critical Link has developed high-performance, customizable families of DSP, ARM, and FPGA-based processing platforms called System on Modules (SOMs) that are used as building blocks to accelerate electronic product development efforts.
The latest Embedded Vision Development Kit (VDK) which integrates Basler’s dart BCON camera with Critical Link’s most popular processor board, interfaces, and onboard FPGA processing. In addition, Basler’s Pylon camera software suite completes the kit’s functionality
The MitySOM-A10S with Dual Side Connectors (MitySOM-A10S-DSC) is an Intel/Altera Arria 10 SoC board-level solution for machine vision and scientific imaging applications, and other stack-through configurations. In addition to the A10 processor, the module includes on-board power supplies, two DDR4 RAM memory subsystems, micro SD card, a USB 2.0 on the go (OTG)
The MitySOM-A10S is an Intel/Altera Arria 10 SoC SOM (system on module) for a wide range of industrial embedded applications. In addition to the A10 processor, the module includes on-board power supplies, two DDR4 RAM memory subsystems, micro SD card, a USB 2.0 on the go (OTG) port, and a temperature sensor.
Whether you’re bringing a new product to market, or looking to breathe new power, features and life into a legacy application, you should be thinking about the MityDSP and MitySOM solutions.
The fastest path for embedded vision application development
The MitySOM-A10S is available with a 270KLE Arria 10 SX which provides dual-core Cortex-A9 32-bit RISC processors with dual NEON SIMD coprocessors. Options for 160KLE and 480KLE devices are also available. This MPU can run a rich set of real-time operating systems containing software APIs expected by modern system designers.
