BI-TORQ® Valve Automation is a single source supplier for complete automated valve packages. Our InstruPak series of pneumatically or electrically automated ball valves includes a full scope of valve types, including brass, bronze, stainless steel, carbon steel and PVC construction. In addition, we offer 2”-24” cast iron butterfly valves with standard SS discs and seat material options in EPDM, BUNA-N or Viton. Our high-quality pneumatic actuators are available in spring return or double acting styles up to 85,000 inch pounds of torque. Electric actuators are available in 120VAC, 220VAC, 24VAC, 12VDC, 24VDC voltages up to 40,000 inch pounds of torque. Accessories for both the pneumatic and electric actuators include 4-20mA positioners for modulating service, limit switches for remote indication, solenoid valves and more. Customized mounting kits, tandem linkages and extensions allow us to tailor our automated valves for any application or retrofit our actuators to another manufacturer’s valves.

Our newest addition is an FM-approved fire safe fusible link assembly made for automatic shut-off in case of a fire. These assemblies are ideal for tank farms, diesel and jet fuel, propane generators, oxygen service, paint production and any other application involving flammable liquids or gasses. API 607 fire safe ball valves are available from 1/2” through 4” and high- performance, fire safe butterfly valves are available from 2” through 24”.
