Throughout each day CEP products perform a number of critical functions on commercial aircraft, military aircraft, military ground vehicles, heavy duty trucks and construction equipment, power generation systems, and a number of other applications that require highly engineered fluid control products.

Engineering
Canyon Engineering Products' Engineering staff specializes in the development and manufacturing of unique products for all types of fluid control applications. Its customer focused approach to the design and development of these products allows your Engineers to work directly with its experienced staff to produce fluid control components and sub-assemblies that optimize the performance and other critical features of your application.

Canyon Engineering Products utilizes the latest CAD software and analysis tools to ensure that each of its designs meets or exceeds your requirements. Currently, its Engineering department uses Pro Engineer and Ashlar Vellum. Each of these software packages is compatible with a number of other CAD packages including CATIA and Solid Works. Canyon's analysis tools include Pro Mechanica and a collection of proprietary fluid flow analysis programs for the various types of products that they design and build.

Quality
Canyon Engineering Products is AS9100 certified, and is recognized as an approved supplier to major Aerospace and industrial manufacturers including Hamilton Sundstrand (UTC), Boeing, Rolls-Royce, and Detroit Diesel Corporation. Its comprehensive Quality Management System conforms to AS9100, FAR Part 145, and FAR Part 21.303 requirements. The policies and procedures outlined in this system are continually updated and improved to meet the needs of its customers and suppliers. In addition to its QMS activities Canyon Engineering Products is an FAA repair station certified for limited accessories. Currently they overhaul and repair over 20 different CEP built components as well as a small number of components originally built by other manufacturers.

Customer Service and Delivery
Canyon Engineering Products prides itself on maintaining a knowledgeable sales staff and providing on time delivery of high quality components. Its Sales Engineers are trained to ask the right questions and facilitate early supplier involvement to insure clear communication of requirements and timely delivery of the finished product. Its production department utilizes a variety of tools to closely track the progress of each part that is being manufactured. The company maintains a large stock of raw materials and semi-finished details which allows it to react quickly to critical customer needs.

CEP has been given approval to operate under a new rating classification. This enhances the overall repair station scope of operations where they are now permitted to work on any product under the hydraulics and/or electrical equipment classification.
