Mission
Mayfield Plastics, Inc. manufactures custom-made thermoformed parts that incorporate elegant design for a sculptured appearance, are lighter than comparable materials, and are quality controlled in a 60,000 sq. ft state-of-the-art facility in Sutton. Mayfield exceeds their customers’ expectations by providing thermoformed parts that meet specifications, are shipped on time and are competitively priced. Their commitment is to go the “extra mile” from design through production of their thermoformed parts and delivery to insure customers have what they need, when they need it.

CAD/CAM
Mayfield has CAD/CAM systems available to better interface and communicate with their customers. They are able to accept files in the following formats:

• A fully trimmed surface .IGS file
• A two-dimensional .DXF file
• A Pro/Engineer neutral file
• Any "Solid Works" file with a .PRT, .ASM, .STP or .DRW extension
