The Dytran 4600A1 VibraCorder™ is a miniature multi-channel data logger that provides users with an economical and portable solution for recording data from three external IEPE transducers, including accelerometers, dynamic force sensors, pressure sensors, and impulse hammers. Each unit provides 3 channels of IEPE data acquisition. Users that need to expand their channel count can use the conventional cable connection method or unique optical synchronization method that allows multiple units to record simultaneously — when stacked on top of each other.

Model 4600A1 is packaged in a compact and ruggedized aluminum housing. Units are IP64 rated for protection from the ingress of dust and splashing water. The 4600A1 can be mounted with either the provided mounting screws or integral high-strength rare earth magnets. The unit can power and record three external IEPE sensors for up to 10 hours on the internal Li-Po battery or can be connected to an external power source through the USB port for extended recording duration. Its small size enables users to operate it in areas where instrumentation space is limited.
