Electri-Flex manufactures an NSF Certified, UL listed, food grade, flexible liquidtight steel conduit designed for a variety of installations regarding motion, vibration and bending on food processing equipment. The flexible PVC jacket is made from an FDA approved compound, formulated for "splash zone" food and beverage contact. It also meets FDA CFR21 and NSF 51/61 requirements. 

Type LAFG is ideally used in special purpose food equipment such as food processing, packaging, cooking, canning and bottling equipment, as well as pharmaceutical manufacturing, meat and poultry packing facilities and restaurants because it provides a liquidtight flexible protective wiring raceway, working temperatures of -30°C to 80°C Dry / 60°C Wet / 70°C Oil, smooth exterior for easy wash down, does not promote bacteria growth and is resistant to Sodium Hypochlorite (Bleach). Industries served include: Food Equipment or Devices, Poultry Processing, Food Product Machinery Manufacturing, Equipment Manufacturers, Meat Packing Plants, and Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing.

Standard color is white with other colors available upon request. It is available in sizes 3/8” through 4” and can be used with Standard Liquid-tight Connectors.
