Fairlane Products’ workholding and positioning components allow for faster speeds and feeds within the manufacturing process. Their modular and economical replaceable wear surfaces extend the life of expensive jigs, fixtures, jaws, and clamping mechanisms.

• BASE DESIGN SWIVOTS  Cylindrical body allows for installation in tight areas. The housing is tapped for backside fastening.
• HEX HEAD SWIVOTS Hex head for mounting. Self-aligning components designed to hold and position irregular and contoured surfaces.
• GRIPPERS   Grip and penetrate the work piece to provide superior holding power. Used in jigs, fixtures, and chuck jaws, these grippers.
• THREADED SWIVOTS Body is threaded for mounting. Self-aligning components designed to hold and position irregular and contoured surfaces.
• HEADED THRUST SCREWS Free floating ball design allows the thrust screw to continue to rotate while the ball remains stationary against the contact surface.
• GP-SERIES GRIPPER PADS Ideal for industrial grade contact wear points in automation and positioning applications.
• THREADED THRUST SCREWS Allow straight line static load thrust without transmitting torsional or radial force on to the contact area

We also design, manufacture and stock a line of rollers and bumpers used in materials handling, assembly and manufacturing applications. The rollers and bumpers come in a variety of durometers, materials, styles and mounts while the bumpers can be custom cut to meet specific applications.
