DS228 is a high precision liquid nitrogen lyophilized bead dispensing system developed by Guangzhou Ascend Precision Equipment Co., Ltd. for pharmaceutical and biochemical industries. The system can automatically dispense reagents into liquid nitrogen precisely for continuous production of lyophlized beads. The liquid nitrogen will immediately turn the reagents into lyophilized beads. After pre-programming, the DS228 can continuously automate the production of thousands of lyophilized beads.Then the operator harvest the pre-forming beads and transfers to the lyophilizer for next lyophilization.
