For most analytical applications the PTFE Tube Diluter provides exceptional performance with no interference from carryover. However, some applications require a higher level of assurance and that is why the new Disposable Tip Hand Probe was developed. For these sensitive applications, the sample is aspirated into a disposable plastic tip which is thrown away between each sample, eliminating any chance for carryover. Which MICROLAB 600 Dispenser is right for you?

There are three different dispenser models available from the MICROLAB 600 family. Each dispenser is based on a positive displacement system that provides better than 99% accuracy, independent of a liquid's viscosity, vapor pressure, and temperature.

Single Syringe Dispenser

The Single Syringe Dispenser is ideal for dedicated dispensing applications requiring a single syringe drive. Improve accuracy, throughput, and consistency when compared to traditional laboratory equipment like serological and repeating pipettes.

Dual Syringe Dispenser

The Dual Syringe Dispenser has two syringe drives for applications such as Animal Dosing that require the use of more than one liquid at the same time. In this application the "No Drug Control" is primed into one syringe while the "Test Drug" is primed into the other syringe. The two liquids can be dosed from the same instrument saving setup and dosing time.

Continuous Dispenser

The Continuous Dispenser is designed for time critical applications requiring repetitive dispensing. One syringe fills while the other syringe dispenses so the instrument is always ready. Perfect for integration into semi-automated or fully automated manufacturing lines.
