Phase 1 of our move is finally complete. After many months of construction and preparation, the entire RLS office staff is now under one roof – each with his or her own private office – at the new company headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri.

The new HQ was designed from top to bottom with the image of RLS in mind. Our unique circular press, which is specific to RLS fittings, was symbolized throughout the building design in light fixtures, patterns and furniture.

Adjacent to the office space is our custom designed research and development laboratory, featuring the latest testing equipment, including a brand-new burst chamber for pressure testing our fittings. We’ve also added a new engineer to assist in our ongoing product development and testing efforts.

The new 68,000 square foot factory is state-of-the-art, with 14 dock doors for shipping and receiving, a large breakroom with a self-checkout cafeteria, and several new machines in addition to those being moved from the current facility in Shelbina, Missouri. The factory move will begin in June and be complete by the end of the year.

The new HQ will also feature a showroom and training center that is set to be complete in early 2023. The showroom will display the complete RLS product line and feature live systems/piping using RLS fittings. Training sessions will be conducted for contractors, engineers and wholesalers, and will include factory tours where attendees can learn how our fittings are made while also receiving hands-on installation training.
