Hicksville, NY – Commercial and precision spur gears manufactured by Stock Drive Products/Sterling Instrument are produced to ISO Class 7 specs and stocked in a wide variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, aluminum alloy, nylon, acetal, brass and steel. Hardened spur gears, surface hardened with alloy steel are also available in 24, 32 & 48 Pitch.

Our spur gears are available in 120, 96, 80, 72, 64, 48, 32, & 24 Pitch with pressure angles of 20° degrees and 14-1/2° degrees. They are stocked in face widths of 1/16”, 3/32”, 1/8”, 3/16”, with bore diameters of 1/8”, 3/16”, 1/4”, 3/8”. We carry spur gears with Fairloc® hubs, clamp hubs, brass inserts and set screws. If a standard spur gear doesn’t meet your specific requirements, our engineering team will help you create a custom solution and guide you through the process. Number of teeth, different bore size and/or material and passivation for stainless steel are available on special order.
