Our GT®2 / GT®3 pulleys are designed to be used with GT®2, GT®3, and FHT timing belts.

Identified as A 6D51-... (Inch) and A 6D51M... (Metric) Series, these GT®2 / GT®3 pulleys, 2 mm Pitch are made of clear anodized aluminum alloy and are available from stock in 15 to 120 grooves. Bore sizes range from .1875" to .375" in inch and 5 mm to 10 mm in metric. O. D.'s range from .356" to 2.988" in inch and 9 mm to 75.9 mm in metric. They are available in double or no-flange types.

Also offered are GT®2 / GT®3 pulleys, 3 mm Pitch, part series A 6D53-... (Inch) and A 6D53M... (Metric) in 18 to 80 grooves. Bore sizes range from .250" to .3125" in inch and 6 mm to 8 mm in metric. O. D.'s range from .647" to 2.978" in inch and 16 mm to 75.9 mm in metric.

Both GT®2 / GT®3 pulleys feature the Fairloc® hub design. The SDP/SI Fairloc® integral hub fastening design eliminates the need for conventional separate hub clamp devices, such as set screws, keys, clamps and pins. Additionally, the choice of Fairloc® hubs offers the benefits of frequent position adjustment, while adding positive metal-to-metal fastening strength along the entire hub surface, reducing any motion and misalignment. The Fairloc® hub design is not only applies to our pulleys but also stock gears, couplings, shaft reducers and extenders, shaft collars, and precision gear and dial hubs.
