Security System Services

Security system services install, maintain, and monitor security equipment such as CCTV systems, video cameras, building monitors, entry alarms, metal detectors, and movement and occupancy sensors. They may also service and maintain metal detectors and related screening equipment for airports, courthouses, jails, prisons, and other secure locations. Some security system services specialize in portable or hand-held X-ray systems and X-ray generators. Others install and maintain computed radiographic (CR) systems, digital radiographic (DR) systems, and walkthrough weapons detectors. Selecting security system services requires an analysis of application requirements and supplier capabilities. For example, CCTV services use closed circuit television (CCTV) for area surveillance and remote monitoring.
