   Fused Silica       Fused silica has good long-term thermal stability and mechanical accuracy. 
   Pyrex®       Pyrex® has excellent thermal stability and is economical for one-sided applications. Pyrex is a registered trademark of the Corning Corporation. 
   UV grade Fused Silica       UV grade fused silica has good long-term thermal stability and mechanical accuracy, better then fused silica. 
   Zerodur®       A clear glass ceramic with extremely high thermal stability. Zerodur is a registered trademark of Schott Glass Technologies, Inc. 
   Other Optical Flat Material       Any other optical flat material not mentioned.
