Exciting News from Cubic Designs We are pleased to announce an exciting transition as part of the continuing growth plans at Cubic Designs. As of November 1, Cubic Designs has been acquired by MiTek Industries, a Berkshire Hathaway company. Ownership succession has been a part of our overall business planning for a few years now, and several imperatives have guided our thinking. Specifically, we felt that transition must add value to the future of Cubic Designs and facilitate continued growth. Most important, we wanted to make sure that a change in ownership would be as seamless as possible to the business – specifically to our customers, employees and strategic partners. Resources and support from MiTek and Berkshire Hathaway will allow us to strengthen our core competencies, while also pursuing strategic initiatives that will accelerate our growth and enhance our competitive position in the market place. The entire Cubic Designs’ management team and employee group will remain in place for many years to come, providing the same level of commitment and quality that our customers and partners have come to expect.
